Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Our plans are month-to-month. The setup fee is a one-time charge for configuration. After that, you can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Yes. Number porting is included with every plan. We'll handle the transfer of your existing number to your new system — no downtime, no disruption to incoming calls during the process.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live the same day or the next business day after signing up. We configure your system, set up your extensions and routing rules, and let you know when you're ready to go.

Do my staff need special phones or hardware?

No hardware is required. Your team uses the mobile or desktop app on their existing devices. If you prefer physical desk phones, we have rental handsets available at $5/month each.

What happens if I need to make changes after setup?

We manage all ongoing changes. If you need to update routing rules, add an extension, change your greeting, or adjust hours — just contact us. Changes are handled by our team, not you.

Do you charge per-minute for calls?

The monthly plan covers the system, features, and management. Standard local, national, and mobile calls within Australia are included. International calls and premium numbers may incur additional charges — we'll advise you upfront.

Can I have multiple office locations on one plan?

Yes. The Pro plan supports multi-location configuration. Starter and Business plans are best suited to single-location businesses. Contact us if you're not sure which fits — we'll recommend the right option.

Who manages the system day to day?

We do. You're not expected to know how to configure a PBX system. Veblen manages the technical side. You get a working phone system — we handle everything behind it.
